Is this your first time with Barb Graeve Swim School?

It is important to REGISTER your family so you will get information updates from us on when sessions open for enrollment. Registration is simply putting your contact information in our database providing you with a Customer Account/ portal and enabling you to enroll in classes. You do not have to enroll in a class to REGISTER your family!

If a session is OPEN for enrollment, an easy way to Register AND Enroll in a class is through the Information/ Class Availability tables.

1. Read the Class Level descriptions to determine the best fit for your swimmer;

2. Search for classes of the level you need under the Class Availability tables OR a "level not yet assigned" open time;

3. When you select ENROLL it will direct you to Register your family OR take you into your Existing Customer Portal.

If a session is CLOSED for enrollment (it is full or currently in session) click on this Registration link to ensure you get information notices:

After I've registered, how do I get into my Customer Account/Portal?

To go back to your portal after your initial registration you must
1) Click Existing Customer Portal Login

2) Click "I don't know my password"

3) You will be emailed a temporary password

4) Copy it from the email (highlight the password with your mouse, hold down CONTROL key and press letter C)

5) Paste it into the password area (go into the Login screen through the above link and again hold down the CONTROL key and press the letter V to paste it into the password area. ** Do no try to retype the password it as it will not work.)

6) When you get into your personal portal CHANGE that password.

** If your email address has changed since you last swam with us, email swimbarb1@cox.net with your new email address and we will reset your email login so you can access your portal.

Payment options:
Payment will now be accepted thru Money Movers of America. They are a provider for JackRabbitswim which handles our database and registration. You will have the choice of paying by electronic banking, credit card or mailing your payment. We hope that this will simplify things for everyone.
